Kurzfassung: WalkieDogie ist eine native Mobil-App und hat keine Web-Anwendung. Die statische Website unter walkiedogie.app (diese und die übrigen Rechtsseiten, der Share-Link-Empfänger und Store-Badges) setzt keine Cookies und keine Tracking-Pixel ein. Ein Cookie-Banner ist daher nicht erforderlich.
1. Worum geht es?
§ 25 TTDSG verlangt für Zugriffe auf Endgeräte (Cookies, Local Storage, Session Storage, Service Worker etc.) grundsätzlich eine vorherige Einwilligung. Diese Seite dokumentiert, dass auf walkiedogie.app keine solchen Zugriffe stattfinden.
2. Nicht eingesetzte Technologien
Wir setzen keine der folgenden Technologien ein:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Plausible, Matomo o. ä.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook), TikTok Pixel oder vergleichbare Werbe-Tracker
- PostHog, Mixpanel oder andere Produktanalyse-Tools mit Endgerätezugriff
- Sentry Browser SDK
- Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity oder Session-Recording-Tools
- Intercom, Zendesk Chat oder vergleichbare Live-Chat-Widgets
- Affiliate-Tracking-Pixel
Sollten in Zukunft Cookies oder vergleichbare Technologien benötigt werden, integrieren wir vorher ein Consent-Management-Tool und holen deine Einwilligung ein.
3. App-Speicherzugriffe
Die native iOS- und Android-App von WalkieDogie speichert deine Login-Session und Spracheinstellung im sicheren App-Speicher des Betriebssystems (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Dies ist technisch notwendig (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TTDSG; Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) und unterliegt keiner Einwilligungspflicht.

§ 25 TTDSG generally requires prior consent for access to a user's device (cookies, local storage, session storage, service workers, etc.). This page documents that no such access occurs on walkiedogie.app.
2. Technologies not in use
We do not use any of the following:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Plausible, Matomo, or similar
- Meta Pixel (Facebook), TikTok Pixel, or comparable advertising trackers
- PostHog, Mixpanel, or other product analytics tools with device access
- Sentry Browser SDK
- Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or session recording tools
- Intercom, Zendesk Chat, or comparable live chat widgets
- Affiliate tracking pixels
If cookies or comparable technologies are added in future, we will first integrate a consent management tool and ask for your consent.
3. In-app storage
The native iOS and Android app stores your login session and language preference in the operating system's secure app storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). This is strictly necessary (§ 25(2)(2) TTDSG; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and does not require consent.
